Mobile Application Design of Official Travel Warrant in Litbang Agriculture Depok Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assist the organization in managing administrative data for
employees' Official Travel Warrants (SPPD) when going on an official trip to a particular
city. In this research, the design of information systems using the Design Science Research
method. The research will be focused on Depok Agricultural Research and Development
Agency (R&D). The result is to create a mobile-based information system design model of
Official Travel that can be accessed using cell phones owned by employees. This system's
presence can provide a better experience for users when accessing official travel
information; the possibility of errors can be minimized and provide easier and faster service
in organizational operations. This study may be one of the first models in creating a mobilebased official travel information system at the Agricultural Research and Development
Agency in Depok City.
