Abstract

Science and technology are developing very rapidly. Starting with creating new innovations
in the form of ideas and helping to turn new possibilities into real things. The terms block
chain, big data, and cryptocurrency have been widely discussed by the wider community,
various online platforms that connect transportation users and drivers are an early
indication of the entry of the industrial revolution 4.0 in everyday life. The purpose of this
research is to raise various innovative MSME Songket solutions in Silungkang to have
greater benefits for the wider community through collaboration on product quality, price,
publication, customer satisfaction, and repurchase interest, with various stakeholders,
including private companies, investors, and the government. This research used a snowball
sampling method of 200 respondents and analysed using the SEM (Structural Equation
Modelling). The results showed that the quality of the product still leads to the old pattern,
that is, there has been no change in the design, while the price offered is quite high
considering the raw materials come from silver and gold threads. The Micro Small Medium
Enterprises SMEs actors are not very busy with publications so that they are not well
targeted. This has an impact on customer satisfaction and its implications for repurchasing
interest for SMEs Silungkang songket woven cloth, Sawah lunto Padang, especially for
