Reform of Human Resource Management in Big Data Era

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and science and technology in China, the Internet has entered thousands of households and brought great convenience to people’s life and work. Massive data can be easily obtained through the Internet, and the era of big data has quietly come. In the era of big data, enterprises should possess the modern concept of human resource management, and optimize the management model based on massive data. It is necessary to build a set of scientific and reasonable human resource management system to promote the reform of human resource management with the advantages of big data. This paper first introduces the advantages of the big data era. Then the author introduces the necessity of human resource change. Finally, several countermeasures to promote the reform of human resources management in the big data era are put forward, to provide some reference for the future human resource management.
