Research on Development and Application of Detachable Vertical Temporary Support in Tunnel

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that temporary support in the tunnel affects the construction schedule and the cyclic utilization rate is not high, this paper takes a subway station tunnel as the background project to develop and apply the vertical temporary support that can be dismantled and recycled. Numerical analysis and field monitoring are used to analyze the influence of vertical temporary support on the displacement of surrounding rock and the stress of steel support. The results show that the vertical temporary support developed in this paper can reduce the vault settlement of surrounding rock and the compressive stress of the tunnel steel support, and is more beneficial to improve the overall stability of the temporary steel support.
