Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy, China's e-commerce enterprises have also begun to rise rapidly. While making great economic achievements, China's economic development is also facing many problems, one of the outstanding problems is corporate social responsibility. This paper studies the impact of e-commerce on the lack of corporate social responsibility, and uses case studies to study the role of social responsibility in corporate financial performance, proving that corporate social responsibility contributes to improving the professional well-being of enterprises. The rectification and improvement of the regulatory department of listed companies has a positive impact on the improvement of the regulatory effect of listed companies in China.
