Abstract

The main objective of the current study is to examine the role of dynamic capabilities in determining energy efficiency and environmental performance. The exclusiveness of the present study is apprehended in examining dynamic capabilities and environmental performance link for the first time. In doing so, we use of Exploratory Factor Analysis to find the three factors are represented by total twenty-four items. Besides, the consequences of estimation model wellness of CFA clarify that every of the four considered model wellness clarify that the gathered information is fit for making the factors. Finally, the consequences of structural equation modelling prescribed that at first, four constructs (sensing capabilities, learning capabilities, integrating capabilities and coordinating capabilities) successfully measured dynamic capabilities. Moreover, dynamic capabilities have a positive and significant impact on energy efficiency and environmental performance Malaysian manufacturing industry. This model clarifies 59.24% variation of environmental performance by dynamic capabilities and energy efficiency in Malaysia.
