Abstract

The passenger flow in the suburban subway lines has features of the obvious unbalance and tidal in the time layout. The operation mode of the express-local trains are suitable for the passenger flow demand. Firstly, take the latest AFC passenger flow data as input, construct the BP neural network model for repeated training and learn about the data so as to obtain the best element number in the hidden layer, and then accurately predict the number of waiting passengers at the station; Secondly, the non-linear integer scheming model is set up with the optimization target of the minimum absolute value of the difference between transportation capacity and passenger flow, and the solution algorithm is proposed. Finally, Line 16 of Shanghai Rail Transit is taken as an experimental case, the outcome reflects that the model and algorithm are effective to reduce the total travel time of passengers and improve the utilization rate of transportation capacity for suburban subway lines
