Abstract

Because of the continuous progress the civil engineering design and construction technology, these large complex structure towards the span of more and more high and increasingly high direction development during the construction of a large number of large complex high-rise buildings, which results in long structural vibration period. The sensitivity of the wind is also growing, and thus the resistance to harsh environmental degradation, even in extreme weather and natural disasters in the case of unexpected events will result in extremely bad social impact. Therefore, we should use the most advanced technology to monitor and diagnose the structural performance of major projects, and timely predict the remaining life and make maintenance decisions of great significance. At present, the strong advantage of virtual instrument is still favoured by more and more engineering and technical personnel. Structure health monitoring based on virtual instrument technology is applied in the field of civil engineering. In this paper, the system development of structural health monitoring technology and the results of wind-induced vibration measurement data of high-rise buildings are analysed and related research to further improve the performance of the high-rise buildings.
