Abstract

The rapid development of information network technology has a growing impact on the development of human society. In the field of higher education, information technology has changed the mode and structure of legal practice while achieving resource equality, breaking time and space constraints, and promoting the modernization of the training of foreign-related legal talents in China, which makes it difficult for law students to adapt to foreign-related legal affairs in the Internet era. In the future, under the concept of organically combining information network technology with traditional legal talent training, information technology and artificial intelligence should be used to build a case database of international law and a teaching platform for foreign-related legal practice, so as to steadily improve the practical ability of foreign-related legal talents in China.
