Development of a conceptual framework related to management indicators for companies dedicated to land transportation of goods

Abstract

- Research that sought to develop a conceptual framework related to management indicators for companies dedicated to land transportation of goods. The etymological origin of the decisions was identified, while key concepts were defined and the steps for the creation of management indicators were detailed. Finally the critical success factors in management inficators for companies dedicated to land transportation of goods were defined: performance of the employees, corrective cost, optimal operation of the vehicle, and economic sacrifice.
