Roadblock of Quality Education and its Avoidance

Abstract

Education is a conservative endeavor. It has gain tremendous momentum because it is deeply embedded in society however. Students are comparing quality of education received at various institute. Imparting quality education is a big and foremost task expected from every institute. However overemphasized research demand by educational institutions and failing to address the quality of teaching is a big risk to quality of graduates and ultimate challenge to society. “Education has in some sense become secondary, despite the fact that it is foremost task. Once upon a time it was desirable to be a lecturer and teaching was a great passion but now a day it is more desirable to be a researcher. Interest in teaching in declining at an alarming rate. The administrative workload is also increasing due to which a teacher is lacking in achieving educational goals. To enhance teaching learning, the quality teaching initiatives taken by a teacher are born dead without support of the whole institution and the learning environment. Pointing finger on one or other is really difficult. The main aim of this paper is to focus on barriers and challenging in quality education which hampers teaching learning environment.
