Abstract

Climate and its variables are currently diverse in different regions of the Earth: in different latitudes, different oceans and their depths, interior and margins of the continents, and seasons of the year. The variables that make up the climate are so many that they make statistical calculation and comparative or trend analysis in its changes, both current and past, very difficult. This paper it is intended to summarize: What signs of past climatic changes and cycles are recorded in the series of climatic cycles,the diversity of climatic cycles that are known, according to the different magnitude of their durations,different Natural factors that are recognized as determinants of climate change and its cycles on Earth.
