Abstract

Due to the general improvement of living standards nowadays, people's requirements for living and using products are getting higher and higher, especially consumers' attention to living and furnishings. Therefore, this study mainly studies and analyzes consumers' purchases from the factors that consumers choose furniture. This article discusses mostly the influence of consumers when purchasing furniture, especially the impact of several decision-making factors when purchasing. At the same time, it also guides companies and designers on how to change their design styles, marketing and other factors, so that consumers can feel the characteristics of the products. For most consumers, if a product can provide a good consumer experience, it will become the basis for consumers to buy again and build trust in the brand. This project research uses AHP analysis method to clarify the customer's decision-making factors when choosing furniture. The purpose of the study is to solve the comprehensive evaluation problem of the factors influencing customers' choice of furniture and to conduct experiments for customers' choice of furniture decision, to provide enterprises and designers with a reference value that meets the needs of consumers
