Abstract

The boom in online education has seen an increased interest towards online certification courses. The study aims to investigate customer attitude to pay for online certification courses. The satisfaction level of customers is related to factors like the reputation of the university offering the course, discounts offered, rating of the course, perceived value in terms of learning and knowledge, instructor reputation, and flexibility of timelines. Also, factors like age, income, occupation, average money spent on these courses, most common platforms used were analysed on how they impacted the willingness to spend for the online certification courses.
