Analysis and engineering realization of servo motor braking of envelope machine based on balanced impact

—Based on the multi axis motor synchronous control of envelope packaging machine, this paper
analyzes the influence of servo motor on the lathe in the braking process based on the multi axis motion
controller. Based on the synchronous control technology of servo motor, the balanced impact method is
proposed and realized to minimize the wear degree of lathe gears. It reduces the noise of the machine tool
when it is running, reduces the maintenance time and prolongs the service life of the machine. For the
numerical control system, the braking speed of servo motor should be discretized in engineering
implementation. By reducing the time complexity and increasing the space complexity, the system can run
quickly and accurately.
