The Structural Dilemma and Initiative Response of the Grass-Roots Government

Abstract

—China is a large country with large population capacity, since the Qin Dynasty established, the
system of prefectures began to become more and more important in the management of local grass-roots
affairs. The tradition of paying attention to the governance of grass-roots affairs has been handed down to
the present, and it is of great significance for the overall development of the country and the society. China
is a people-oriented state institution, and the country needs to develop, and it cannot be separated from the
active cooperation of every national. The grass-roots government is the bridge between the country and the
people, and the grass-roots government has the district level, the township level, the street office and the
grass-roots autonomous organization. Firstly, this paper defines the grass-roots government, then taking a
township as an example, and this paper explores the difficulties of a township government in the
construction of the party, the allocation of cadres in the various departments of the township and the
integration of the related structures. In this paper, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to
create a better future of the country and build a well-off society in an all-round way.
