Abstract

With the advent of national strategies such as "going global" and "the Belt and Road", Chinese
enterprises have actively explored and implemented the strategy, path and mode of international operation
with Chinese characteristics and further accelerated the pace of participation in international cooperation and
competition. On the other hand, the Internet has created a brand-new social life form for its features of
inclusiveness, convenience and sharing. The use of language in e-commerce platforms characterized by a
textual world is bound to become the key for e-commerce enterprises to promote communication with
consumers, improve business-customer relationship, enhance customer trust and loyalty, and build ecommerce business identity. In different language and culture, it not only should pay attention to the correct
conversion between different languages, to avoid misuse of vocabulary and grammar, but also pay attention
to the cultural interaction, draw lessons from cross-cultural communication strategies and techniques, use the
appropriate expression, build electric trading business platform in which foreign visitors and buyers are willing
to communicate and convenient for trade, promoting cross-border trade prosperity
