Analysis on Development Countermeasures of Forestal Characteristic Towns under the Background of “Two-mountain” Theory

Abstract

Zhejiang province is the birthplace of the "Two-mountain" Theory, and it also owns the first batch of forestal characteristic town construction units in China. Constructing forest characteristic towns have become important ways to transform the green mountains and green waters into "Golden Mountains" and "Silver Mountains". This paper expounds the background of "Two-mountain" Theory and the connotation of the construction of "forest + characteristic town", takes the Red Leaf Characteristic Town and Zhangwu Forestal Town as two typical cases, investing each town’s development status and analyzing each measurements in the construction of forestal characteristic towns, so as to provide experience for other areas to carry out the construction of similar towns.
