Assessment of Regional and Urban Sustainable Development Potential based on Big Data

Abstract

This paper makes an accurate and effective evaluation of the sustainable development potential of regions and cities, and promotes the level of sustainable development of regions and cities, and puts forward an evaluation model of regional and urban sustainable development potential based on big data. Big data mining model of regional and urban sustainable development potential is constructed, and the index of regional and urban sustainable development potential assessment is constructed by using multi-index combined analysis and modeling method. Descriptive statistical analysis method is used to detect the correlation constraint between regional and urban sustainable development potential, and support vector machine model is used to calculate the global optimal solution of regional and urban sustainable development potential assessment. To improve the adaptability of regional and urban sustainable development potential assessment, and to extract the statistical characteristics of regional and urban sustainable development potential. With the block clustering method used, big data cluster treatment of regional and urban sustainable development potential evaluation index system is carried out. Big data was analyzed by SPSS software. The result of empirical analysis shows that the confidence level of using this model to evaluate the regional and urban sustainable development potential is high, and the evaluation results are accurate and reliable.
