Analysis of Coaching Counseling Management in Improving The Quality of Learning Achievement at Public Senior High School 28 Tangerang District
Abstract
This study described the planning, implementation of evaluation and counseling guidance constraints in improving the quality of student learning achievement both academically and non-academically at Public Senior High School (PSHS) 28 Tangerang District. The research method was descriptive qualitative analytic in which the research subjects were the principal, vice principal of student affairs and counseling guidance teachers. The results of this study indicate that not all schools carry out planning and implementation of counseling guidance properly, are constrained in the implementation of counseling including a lack of guidance service personnel and limited infrastructure, evaluation of the implementation of counseling guidance was carried out every month, semester and annually. With the conclusion that counseling guidance services can help improve the quality achievement of students in these schools.
