Abstract

Magnetic barrier coupling primary permanent magnet unilateral excitation linear motor (MBCPPMMUELM) has many advantages, such as simple design structure, cost saving, low permanent magnet consumption, stable performance and so on. The motor is composed of stator slot, armature winding and permanent magnet on the side of the carriage, and is only made of silicon steel sheet on the side of vehicle rail. The magnetic barrier coupling principle is used to couple the armature winding and permanent magnet to make the motor run. In this paper, ANSYS finite element analysis method is used to analyze the influence of rotor arc coefficient on motor performance, through calculate the motor air gap harmonic amplitude and amplitude ratio, as well as the lines of magnetic force, magnetic induction intensity distribution, the analysis of the rotor pole arc coefficient do not influence on motor, at the same time get arc coefficient influence primary permanent magnet magnetic barrier coupling law of unilateral excitation linear motor performance, the primary obstacle for the study of the MBCPPMMUELM provides the theory basis for development and design.
