Synthesis Of New Acetylene-Containing Carbamate Derivatives And Their Pharmacological Activity

Abstract

Research objective: to synthesize new acetylene-containing carbamate
derivatives - ? -iodopropargyl ethers and metal-containing (copper and silver) carbamate
acetylenides.
Materials and methods. During the research infrared spectra on UR-20 and UR-10
spectrometer (by “Carl Zeiss”, Germany) at 3600-500 cm-1
in the form of tablets pressed
with KBr was applied. A thin layer chromatography was used for checking the purity of
the obtained compounds. As an adsorbent we used AI2O3 layer of the II activity degree,
and as a developer - the iodine vapor.
Results and discussion. By the interaction of carbamate derivatives, propargyl ethers of
carbamate derivatives were obtained. On the basis of propargyl ethers, copper and silver
acetylides of propargyl ethers of carbamate derivatives were synthesized, and on their
basis we managed to synthesize ? -iodopropargyl ethers of carbamates. By studying the
effect of various factors, the optimal conditions for their synthesis were established.
Besides, the pharmacological activity and toxicity of the synthesized compounds were
studied and analyzed. Compounds with high anti-inflammatory activity were identified.
Conclusions. Convenient methods for obtaining of new acetylene-containing ethers of
carbamate derivatives were developed
