Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of work discipline and incentives on employee performance in the Engineering Program Management Division of PT. ABC (Persero). The sample in this study were employees of the Engineering Program Management Division of PT. ABC (Persero). This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive verification approach. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Engineering Program Management Division of PT. ABC (Persero). The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing; data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees using the SPSS program in analyzing data statistically. The results showed that work discipline and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Engineering Program Management Division of PT. ABC (Persero). This means that indicators of work discipline and incentives affect employee performance. This shows that employee performance is influenced by work discipline and incentives, if work discipline and incentives are good, employee performance can be said to be good.
