Confirmatory Factor Analysis Performance of Banking LQ-45 in Indonesia

Abstract

Tgh financial condition, growth prospects, and transaction value so it is worth researching and the results are significant to be considered in making decisions. This study uses CFA analysis. The results of the study found that the most dominant and strong factor in shaping banking health is earning in addithe purpose of this study is to look at the factors that affect banking health that occur in the banking analysis unit of the LQ 45 group. The LQ 45 group has a hiion to other factors, namely the risk profile, GCG and capital. The implication of this research strengthens the theory which states that banking health is determined by the risk profile, GCG, earnings and capital. In Bank Indonesia regulation Number: 13/1 / PBI / 2011, it is mentioned as a Risk-based Bank Rating approach
