Abstract

The study discusses the difference and the effect on compressive strength between Polyester and Micro reinforcement construction fiber and to develop an effective composition of fiber concrete, which can be used in the technology of creation of monolithic floors.

Press IP-100-0 the determination of the average density was carried out in accordance with GOST 12730.0-78.

MRC Fiber showed the ability to improve the strength indices of samples at its consumption not more than 1%. increase in the consumption of more than one percent is not advisable, as the technological properties of the mixture and strength indices of the samples deteriorate and the compression strength decreases, but slightly further increase in the flow of polyester fiber leads to a fall in strength and bending, and compressionWhen assigning the optimal flow rate of this type of fiber should be guided by those of the parameters, which in particular case will be most important. If the bending strength is the first place, the optimal quantity of polyester fiber is 2% of the cement mass. If the compression strength is most important, the recommended quantity should not exceed 1.5% of the cement mass.
