Abstract

The innovation and reconstruction of intelligent development of higher education based on blockchain technology is of great significance in the field of education. Firstly, the potential of blockchain itself and technology are combined to analyze the application scenarios of blockchain technology in higher education. This technology can guarantee the credibility of intelligent information in higher education. On this basis, the analysis of the application mode of this technology in higher education is mainly divided into six modes, namely, creating individual learning credit data for higher education, establishing a Taobao platform of intelligent education of higher education, developing the academic certificate system, building the open higher education resources, realizing the operation of online community for higher education and establishing the decentralized higher education system. The six application modes are described respectively. The lifelong expected utility is calculated according to consumption utility function and the direct utility, etc. Based on comparison of the rate of return of higher education with the rate of return after the intelligent development of higher education, a higher rate of return after intelligent development of higher education is obtained. Finally, this technology is used to analyze the management of higher education students and the supply of intelligent development of higher education, and the research on the innovation and reconstruction of the intelligent development of higher education based on blockchain technology is completed.
