Supply Chain Finance Business Model in China Based on Modern Logistics

Abstract

In the past 10 years, supply chain finance has developed rapidly with the combination of domestic business practice. With the economic adjustment under the new normal of “supply side reform“, the deepening reform process of state-owned enterprises is also accelerating. The thought of supply chain finance plays a positive role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency in state-owned enterprises. However, the application of supply chain finance in state-owned coal energy enterprises is still limited, and the mature business model is still not solidified. This paper analyzes the background of the financial supply chain and the evolution of the financial supply chain. By comparing and analyzing the income of different business models, a new model of supply chain finance is proposed. The experimental results show that the model provides a certain reference for the combination of industry and finance in the supply chain finance.
