Practice of Land Transfer Income Management Path Based on Web Gis Technology

Abstract

Web GIS is the product of interaction technology applied to GIS development, which is the realization of GIS function on Web. It enables users on the Internet to browse the electronic map of Web GIS site only through the browser (such as ie, Netscape, etc.) to carry out spatial analysis and spatial query of geographic information, which makes it more convenient for people to browse and query spatial information through the web. As the main financial source of local government, land transfer fee has always been divorced from the local government budget, breeding corruption and contrary. The legal target of full caliber budget proposed in the new budget law. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the revenue and expenditure of land transfer in China, and based on the research of Web GIS technology, this paper expounds the method of calculating the revenue and expenditure of land transfer by using large database, taking Arc IMS as map publishing server, Arc SDE as spatial database engine. The experimental study shows that the revenue and expenditure of land transfer should be included in the full scope budget, and the management system of land transfer revenue and expenditure under the full caliber budget should be improved in time to realize the fairness and efficiency concept of the budget law.
