Abstract

Based on the analysis of the development and reform of human resources D&M(HRDM) in high-tech enterprises, this paper analyzes the common characteristics and existing problems of human resources in high-tech enterprises. At the same time, this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions to improve the performance appraisal mechanism, salary mechanism, incentive mechanism, training and development mechanism, and gradually establish a scientific and efficient human resource management system. The paper researches on the innovation economy and human resource management innovation of  enterprises based on human capital data platform. This paper takes the human resource management reform of small and medium-sized enterprises in the era of big data as the research object to analyze the necessity and problems of the human resource management reform of small and medium-sized enterprises in the era of big data. The research results provide a reference for the research of the impact of Internet plus on the innovation mode of human resources management in modern enterprises.
