ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES’ ACTIVITY IN THE DIRECTION OF DIVERSIFICATION STRATEGIES’ FORMATION
Abstract
The purpose of the thesis is to develop organizational structure of agro-industrial enterprises’ activity in the direction of diversification strategies’ formation in order to ensure the achievement of strategic goals, effective organization of the diversification process and strategic development regulation of agro-industrial enterprises in the long run.
The methodical basis of the research were general and special methods, namely: systems theory and systems analysis - for a comprehensive review of the diversification processes of agro-industrial enterprises; systematization and generalization – for substantiating the conceptual approach to the development of organizational structure of agro-industrial enterprises’ activity in the direction of diversification strategies’ formation; graphical method - to visualize the research results.
There was developed the organizational structure of agro-industrial enterprises’ activity in the conditions of diversification activity which is characterized by a rational parity of mobility of its separate divisions taking into account the agro-industrial enterprise’s management system, the features of which are to ensure mobility at each stage of the enterprise’s life cycle and the transparency of the system by reducing the number of managerial levels. In accordance with the developed of organizational structure of agro-industrial enterprises’ activity in the conditions of diversification activity were developed the agro-industrial enterprise's organizational structure functioning success of which depends on central office efficient activity which will implement the functions of forecasting the effectiveness level of diversification strategies, financial and production planning of diversified measures, analysis of the diversification effectiveness, as well as coordinate the structural units activities.
It was proposed a scientific and methodological approach to development of organizational structure of agro-industrial enterprises’ activity in the direction of diversification strategies’ formation the key feature of which is the adherence to the principles of innovation and uniqueness of activity in order to determine the compliance of enterprise management mobility to the needs of the diversification structure and possible prospects for successful result achieving. Improved scientific and methodological approach to development the agro-industrial enterprises’ organizational structure in the direction of diversification strategies’ implementation provided the agro-industrial enterprises’ gradual strategic formation in the innovative development context and the definition and justification of optimal solutions comprehensive system for diversification taking into account the factors of information society development.
