Abstract

— In body area network the binary sequence is the fundamental requirements in cryptography. The
binary sequence of N bit generation of each bit value 0 and 1. The ECG based binary sequence generation
method have been widely used inter pulse intervals for each heart beat cycle. The IPI (Inter pulse intervals)
generates a 128 bit in binary sequence in real time takes around half minutes. The discrete wavelet transform
is employed to detect the arrival time of and reference points such as P, Q, R, S and T peaks. The time
intervals calculated based on the arrival time and ECG features generate binary sequence of low latency. The
Multiple Fiducial points based Binary Sequence Generation algorithm uses five feature values from the heart
cycle and five times faster than the IPI method. The main goal of the low latency and computational cost.
The ECG binary sequences can be used in the security encryption of the wireless body area network system.
In this project, it is proposed to use Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) to decompose the signal and
extract the fiducial points.
