Simulation Study on Influence of Product Gas Flow Rate on PSA Oxygen Production
Double bed was established in this paper, using Aspen adsorption pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen producing process, research the different product gas flow of oxygen concentration and recovery rate of product, the relationship between the product gas flow rate, the greater the concentration of oxygen is lower, the higher the recovery. When the length of the adsorber varies from 0 to 0.4m, the oxygen concentration of the product increases with the increase of the length of the adsorber. At the same oxygen concentration, the lower the adsorber length required for low product gas flow. The flow rate of oxygen in the adsorbent increases with the increase of the length of the adsorbent, while the flow rate of nitrogen in the adsorbent decreases with the increase of the length of the adsorbent.
