Construction of University Network Ideological and Political Management Platform Based on Improved Collaborative Filtering Algorithm

Abstract

With the development of mobile wireless network and the popularity of mobile phone terminals, it has become a reality to use the current mobile communication resources for network assisted teaching of courses, and has achieved rapid development. Ideological and Political (I&P) theory course in Colleges and Universities (C&U) is a main way to reflect the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics and carry out I&P education for college students. Education should be combined with the current technological innovation for mobile learning, in order to effectively improve college students' interest and effectiveness in learning I&P course. Therefore, this paper studies the construction of University Network I&P management platform based on the improved collaborative filtering algorithm. This paper introduces bipartite graph recommendation algorithm based on social network and explores the realization of comprehensive recommendation function. This paper uses the improved collaborative filtering algorithm, which can make the corresponding personalized learning materials recommendation according to the different characteristics of students. The experimental results show that the construction of University Network I&P management platform based on improved collaborative filtering algorithm is conducive to promoting the research on the relationship between I&P theory education and scientific and technological support in theory; in practice, it can meet the needs of college students for better education to a greater extent, and effectively improve the effectiveness of I&P teaching.
