STRESS CAUSES AND ITS MANAGEMENT AT THE WORKPLACE: A CASE STUDY OF TELANGANA STATE

Abstract

This study aim is to analyze factors that affect stress triggers and its management in the
workplace. The present research uses data from employee of organizations to analyze the various factors of
stress control of employee actions at work place. To this end, we have engaged working employees (n=120)
in evaluating the theories Stress triggers and their management at work. In addition, through the use of
Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis, KMO and Bartlett's test and regression by using SPSS, eleven
significant factors were identified and analyzed. The results show that behavior and workplace are the
influencing factors by stress cause. Moreover, it was recognized higher weight of workplace variable is
more influenced factor by stress cause. The research determined that stress at workplace could control by the
management by taking necessary steps. The study indicated that in present scenario the training should be
provided to employees in order to handle stress in the organization..
