Bipolar Topological Pre-open Neutrosophic Sets

Abstract

The present manuscript we extend the topological study to bipolar neutrosophic study. Already on the neutrosophic theory many authors’ gives results on open and closed sets in neutrosophic topological with semi conditions also. Particularly, present article enlarge up to bipolar pre-open neutrosophic sets (BPONS).
