Abstract

Aurum or Gold nanoparticles are gaining extensive significance owing toward their smart physical and chemical properties for voluminous applications. Metallic nanoparticle production by means of marine micro algae shows quick and non-hazardous procedure which generatesnano sized particles taking the utmost prospective for biomedical applications. In this exploration, the environment safe generation of aurum particles of nano scale with the micro algae Chaetocerouscalcitrans and Chlorella salina are done and the analytics of gold nanoparticles to synthesize biologically are calculated. The strategies needed for the growth of marine micro algae are delivered to algae for its growth. The colour change indicated the presence of gold nanoparticles which is then confirmed with UV – Vis Spectroscopy. FTIR analysis is done to analyse the functional groups involved to synthesize aurum nanoparticles. AFM characterisation is done to analyse the growth mechanisms of aurum nanoparticles. The antimicrobial Study showed the antagonistic nature of gold nanoparticles against the human pathogenic organisms. The use of chemical components as agents in the generation of nanoparticles is being removed by this research. The marine micro algae, carries out twofold task of chemical agents to reduce and then to stabilize in synthesize of nanoparticles. Hence, algae-intermediated synthesis procedure of bio medically appreciated gold nanoparticles is a, superficial, suitable, hefty-scaled, and environmentally friendly technique.
