Psychological Characteristics and Career Planning of Higher Vocational College Students Based on Decision-making Model

Abstract

Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce competition for talents, the employment of college students has become a social problem. Although colleges and universities have given full employment guidance to students before employment, they have not achieved results in essence. With the gradual realization of the popularization of higher education, the number of Chinese college students is increasing year by year, and the employment of higher vocational college students has become a focus of the whole society. With the vigorous development of higher vocational education in China, the employment of higher vocational students has entered a new development period, and more and more students are facing the dilemma of “adventureland”. In order to relieve the psychological pressure when facing employment, contemporary college students should be clear about themselves psychologically, plan their careers correctly, and actively adapt to the development of society. This paper expounds the necessity of making students' career planning, analyzes the premise and steps of making students' career planning with decision tree classification algorithm, and puts forward some suggestions on making students' career planning.
