Construction of Network Expert Mental Health Education System Based on Internet Plus

Abstract

Mental health education is an important part of the current quality education. Good psychological quality and sound personality are the basic requirements of the quality of talents in the new era. First of all, based on the reality of domestic Colleges and Universities (C&U), this paper puts forward the goal system of college mental health education focusing on education and development mode. This paper defines the basic content of mental health education in C&U, and constructs the basic mode of the operating system of mental health education in C&U. Secondly, this paper systematically expounds the ways and methods of implementation. After summarizing the limitations of mental health education provided by current psychological websites, this paper realizes that the potential of using computer network to serve mental health education is far from being developed. Therefore, guided by the idea of system, this paper puts forward the basic framework of constructing the network expert mental health education system, so as to further use the computer network to improve the level of mental health education service. The system includes two subsystems: expert mental health knowledge system and online psychological consultation system. Finally, the system is tested by black box and white box. The experimental results show that the network expert mental health education system can meet the basic requirements of psychological education and improve the accuracy of psychological information judgment.
