Abstract

Transmission is an important part of automobile transmission system. It has a direct impact on the power and economy of automobile, the reliability and portability of operation, the stability and efficiency of transmission. According to the requirements of automobile power performance, under the condition of ensuring the reliable use of parts' strength and stiffness, this paper takes the minimization of transmission volume and the maximization of transmission gear coincidence as the objective function, and establishes the mathematical model of multi-objective reliability optimization design of automobile mechanical transmission. In this paper, Matlab programming is used to solve the model, and the results of reliability optimization design are obtained. The comparison between the reliability optimization design method and the traditional design method shows that the reliability optimization design method is feasible in the field of automobile mechanical transmission design, and the effect is obviously superior to the traditional design method.
