in order to solve the problem of low stem removal rate of FX type filament selection equipment, the influencing factors of stem removal rate of FX type filament selection equipment are analyzed. The process parameters of FX type blade selection equipment and process parameters are improved. As a result ,1 fan frequency and even air plate are significant factors affecting the effect of stem removal. Setting the frequency of primary fan to 35 Hz、 air selection box design and add angle uniform air plate, wire rod optimization adjustment clearance standard visualization, can make the stem stick uniform and stable elimination, eliminate to the best. The improved method can effectively improve the removal rate of stem, reduce the amount of silk in stem, and improve the purity and utilization rate of finished leaf silk.
