Abstract

Background: The objective of this study was to determine the effect of PT and CT on hemoglobin, RBC and WBC among male university students. In order to achieve the objective of the study , male students of Alagappa University from Karaikudi, Tamilnadu , India, were chosen as subjects at random (n=45). The age limit is eighteen to twenty five years ranged.

Methods: The subject was divided into 3 groups, namely EG-I, EG-II and CG- III. In EG-I, plyometric preparation was carried out, EG-II conducted cluster training, and Group III also served as a control group and did not participate in any of the research programmes other than their daily activities.

Results: Data was obtained from three pre-and post-experimental parties. The raw data on hemoglobin, RBC and WBC were statistically analysed using Covariance Analysis (ANCOVA). The Scheffe post-hoc test was used to determine the main differences between the paired balanced means. The significance level of 0.05 has been set in both cases.

Conclusion: The study findings showed that in the care, hemoglobin, RBC and WBC were dramatically improved compared to the control population.

Keywords: PT, CT, Hemoglobin, Red Blood Cell Count and White blood cell count.
