Abstract

The Internet has now been the leading platform for digital marketing in particular for their marketing strategies for selling goods and services. It manages to save a lot of time, prices and much more. This study is intended to understand the behaviour of customers towards digital marketing in Malaysia. An overall literature review was performed to assess the significance, perception and content of customer efficiency against digital marketing. By using survey and secondary data approaches, researchers may assess if they can create brand knowledge in customer behaviour.
