Impact on Market Results of Private Corporations In Malaysia From Human Resources Management Activities
Abstract
The goal of this study was to recognize often HRM activities influencing the efficiency of Malaysian private companies. We find consensus for the four HRM activities to be connected to company success centred on the replies of 150 managers from private companies based in Selangor in Malaysia. The findings of the regression revealed that recruiting, team function, compensation/incentives, HR preparation, performance assessment and safety of employees have a strong and substantial effect on company performance, except for compensation/incentives and safety of employees.
